The prestigious Turing Award has been given annually for the past 41 years – and finally – a women, Fran Allen, is it’s recipient. Isn’t it amazing how we STILL have the first women this, and the first women that… and it’s 2007!
Fran Allen has some encouraging messages for women and views the change in the work environment as one that will help women advance in scientific careers.
