I’ve never been one to respond to ads in airline magazines (and have often wondered who does…), but this one got my attention. On today’s flight from TLV to EWR, for the short period of time that I was not sleeping, I read through the El-Al magazine and was intruged by an article about a website with ideology – SheBuyShe. As soon as I had connectivity, I went to check it out.
SheBuyShe is dedicated to display, promote and sell crafts created by women around the world. On the site, you purchase jewelry, accessories, things for kids, etc. It’s a very personal site, with background on the artists, etc. There are some bugs, which I’m sure will eventually be sorted out. I was impressed… and have already eyed some beautiful earings…
