I suppose the title of this entry does not need an explanation - or perhaps it does. Recently, when I was checking the traffic on my blog, I noticed quite a few clicks coming via a blog called Venturechicks. That immediately caught my attention - to say the least. It turns out, that Christine Herron embarked on a small project, listing all the women venture capitalist bloggers. I didn't think this would be a huge universe anyhow, but all that she could find was 4! It's not a secret that the venture capital world is very male dominated. But 4!!! That means, that in the sub-category of Israeli women venture capitalists, it's only me. So, here I am, a lone soul in the blogosphere...hopefully, to be joined by a few more Venturechicks soon.

Actually, the # of Israeli VC Bloggers is quite small (Total, As far as I know, of 4). That means that in that sub group, there are 25% women...
Anyway, great job.

Noga Kap is indeed a colleague, but as of yet, I haven't found her blog. Send me the link and I'll add her to the VentureChicks directory!

Tali,
Great blog, I surely enjoy reading it. I agree we need more feminine perspective in this industry... We also have one VC blog in Canada : Brightspark and one VCchick in it!
